Kempson water cooled portable fiber laser welding machine is a specialized laser welding device suitable for 0.5-3.5mm thin-gauge metal processing or high-frequency continuous production welding scenarios. It breaks through the limitations of traditional single welding modes, supporting seamless switching between single wire welding and dual wire welding modes, offering multi-process adaptability. This device welds stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum alloys with a weld bead width up to 5-6mm. It supports 24-hour continuous operation, enabling single-pass forming to reduce secondary grinding processes.

Water-cooled portable fiber laser welding machine integrates a laser source, water cooling system, wire feeder, and control system within a compact chassis, delivering continuous, stable, and high-quality welding performance.
