Kempson's R&D team has subverted the design logic of traditional welding machines, innovatively adopting an integrated layout that embeds the wire feeder into the main welding unit. This significantly reduces the equipment's footprint and optimizes the space utilization efficiency of the production workshop. Equipped with a worm gear four-wheel drive stepper wire feeding assembly, this stepper wire feeder features an all-metal structure throughout. The metal gear transmission is precise and smooth, enabling accurate control of the wire feeding volume, completely eliminating the problem of excessive wire feeding, and ensuring a stable and controllable welding process. Compared with traditional single-wire feeding equipment, this product breaks through to achieve stable dual-wire feeding. It not only makes the weld bead formation fuller and more uniform but also significantly enhances the overall strength and load-bearing capacity of the weld seam, perfectly solving the pain point of insufficient strength in traditional welding. In addition, the equipment is exclusively equipped with a wire straightening function, which can effectively avoid common industry failures such as wire jamming and wire breaking. It ensures a continuous and efficient wire feeding process, further improving the smooth operation and working efficiency of the whole machine, and escorting large-scale production.

(1)Laser Welding Core Function:

The semiconductor laser generates a high-energy laser beam, which is transmitted and focused into a high-precision small light spot through the optical system. It acts accurately on the surface of metal workpieces, rapidly melts to form a molten pool, and cools to shape, achieving high-quality welding of various metal materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum alloy. 

 (2)Multi-mode Control Function: 

Supports three operation methods: panel operation, APP control, and remote diagnosis. The high-definition LCD panel has a clear interface, where information such as welding parameters and working modes (Continuous--Pulse) is clearly visible at a glance. It supports parameter storage and one-click calling, enabling novices to get started quickly. 

 (3)Intelligent Adaptation Function: 

The automatic wire feeding mode can switch between single and dual wire feeding according to welding needs. The welding wire diameter is compatible with Φ0.8mm—2.0mm (slightly different for different models), and it is suitable for fillet welding of various metal plates with a thickness of 2.0—5.5mm, adapting to the flexible needs of different welding scenarios.

The laser gun is equipped with a multi-rotation anti-splash black gold laser gun, matched with reusable rotatable protective lenses, special anti-splash nozzles, welding gun barrels, and a high-temperature alarm device.
